Galvanized Pail - Extremely unprofessional

A representative for this company, a web store for US Purchase, was curt and unprofessional from the outset of an email inquiry (they do not offer customer support by phone) and ultimately resorted to name-calling.

The original message (at bottom) was submitted via the "Contact Us" page on galvanized pail.com.

At issue is an order shipped via two-day rate.

Half of our order was damaged product. I tried to contact them through 4 emails. I left 3 voicemails, and yet I never heard from anyone.

Since they wouldn't respond to us, we are disputing the charges with our credit card. Now we get an email stating just this:

"If we lose the chargeback we will have you arrested.

We will file charges against you for theft.

We have been down this road before.

When we start the collection process it can't be stopped even if you pay."

This isn't a joke. This is really what they sent us. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional.
